Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Standard: 48 hour advance notice to receive a credit transferred to a different day. Less than 48 Hours / No-Show: Almost universally is non-creditable due to your specific kit that has already been measured and prepared, the studio cannot refill your spot on short notice. 🕒 Late Arrival Policy Skincare classes often follow a strict timeline because the butters need specific formulation times to reach the right "whipping" consistency.
